We have lost a few good men along the way, but to lose a fine engineer like you is a loss not only to the project but also to our lives.You have always been my idol, thanks for all the staff that you have taught me.

P.S.
So it is true, having frequent staff turn over really affects the morale; I want to quit my job. But I have to stay to finish the job.
